You will be paid into a bank account of your choice satisfaction.


We will contact you once you have started to obtain your bank details. We do this, so we only hold the information we need for you at any given time If you have any concern please discuss them with the branch manager of the branch you are working for.


This will depend on the contract you are working. You will get your shift times from our on‐site representative. You will have received an assignment letter or handout which tells you who this is and how to contact them.  Additionally, you shall be contacted by one of our recruitment consultants on a weekly or daily basis. They will provide you with shift times. Our customer may choose to give you the start time directly.


If you cannot make it to work, you MUST contact us. Do not contact the customer directly. Let us know and we will let the customer know on your behalf 


If you do not enjoy the work you are doing please call us. If you walk off any job part way through the shift this will affect your pay. Additionally, you will no longer be able to work for us on any other contract 


IF THINGS GO WRONG – CALL US IMMEDIATLEY AND WE CAN HELP YOU


You need to ensure you follow the correct process for your contract. Remember to clock/sign in and out, or sign in and out EVERY shift. If you do not follow this process it could affect or delay your pay.


You shall accrue no less than the equivalent to 12.07% of your hours worked at your average hourly rate. 


This is calculated for the applicable holiday year.


To request holiday leave, you must complete a holiday form and provide at least 2 weeks' notice prior to your intended holiday date.


Holiday payments are processed and paid the week after your holiday ends. If you work full-time, you are entitled to 5.6 weeks of paid holiday, which includes bank holidays. However, if you do not work full-time hours, your entitlement is calculated using the accrual system mentioned above.


For more details or to check your accrued holiday, please refer to your account manager.


Mistakes sometimes happen. If there is an error, please call us and we can put it right! If you are in any doubt simply give your local branch a call. 


You are paid every Friday, 1 week in arrears. This means you will be paid next week for the work you do this week.
